Offer Period:
The Total Garden Rooms Set Price Veranda Offer is valid from 01/02/26 to 31/08/26.
Eligibility:
This offer is open to residents of Northern Ireland. Installation surcharge may be applied if customer’s location is more than 35 miles from our office. 2 Advantage Way, Ballygomartin Road, Belfast, BT13 3LZ.
Non-Transferable:
The detailed offer is non-transferable to other promotions. Discount cannot be applied to previous orders.
Payment Terms:
Deposit of 25% must be made at the time of purchase to avail of the special offer pricing. All quotations subject to survey.
Validity and Delivery:
If purchase is self-funded, customers must complete the purchase on date of installation to qualify for the special pricing.
If finance agreement has been agreed with Novuna, payment details with be subject to application and status.
Delivery timelines for the purchased verandas will be communicated during the sales process.
Installation:
Installation services are included in the offer. Installation will be subject to site survey. The installation date will be scheduled upon purchase confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellations must be made within 14 Days of deposit payment for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 Days from the date of cancellation.
