The base foundations for your garden room is the first step of your installation. The size of your garden room and the landscape will dictate the type of foundation that is required.
Installation of your garden room takes between 7-10 days. Some internal finish choices and connection to services may extend your installation time.
Payed at the time of ordering your garden room along with a signed contract
Due once a survey has been completed and your order details have been finalised we begin construction in our Belfast factory
Due once your groundworks and base for you new garden room has been completed
Final payment of the outstanding balance is due on the final day of installation. Once everything has been paid in full and you are happy, we will provide you with your warranty once you have returned your satisfaction note.
First repayment due 9 months after installation or repay the agreement in full within the deferral period and there’s no interest to pay (£29 early settlement fee applies)
Spread the cost over 5, 10 or 12.5 years. You also have the option to make additional repayments which will reduce the term of agreement and total interest payable.
