Returns Policy

At Total Garden Rooms, we are committed to providing high-quality products that you will love. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. To give you confidence in your purchase, we offer a 14-day calendar day return policy, starting from the day the item is delivered.

Policy for Faulty or Unwanted Items

If you need to return an item, please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging, including labels, and in the condition you received it.

If the item does not meet these criteria, we will notify you immediately. If you are unsure or concerned about the condition of the item you are returning, please email us first to discuss the matter. Once you have notified us within the 14-day period, you have an additional 14 days to ensure the item is received by us.

Return Procedure

We do not offer returns or exchanges after the 14-day period.

1. Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the 14-day period. You will be given a Returns Authorisation number and the address to which the item should be returned. Ensure that the returns number is clearly marked on the package.

3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is essential that you use a tracked shipping system. We cannot be responsible for returned items without proof of delivery. You can request that we arrange the return shipping for you, and any costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 5 working days to verify its condition and compliance with our return criteria. After this inspection, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5 days.

Important Considerations

• Discrepancies: Any discrepancies with the delivery must be reported within 24 hours. If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please note this with your signature on the delivery sheet. We cannot be responsible for missing items if the package was left without your signature.
• Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. If the item was damaged during transit, please check the packaging and report the damage within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement. If the fault is due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace the item immediately at no cost to you.
• Product Usage: If our products are used correctly, you should not encounter any issues apart from general wear and tear. We cannot accept returns for items that have been neglected or misused.

Refusal of Delivery

Should you refuse delivery of an item, a return fee will be raised to cover the cost of the return. This fee may be deducted from your refund amount.
